Hi mrajdev, thanks for the response, i am afraid the usernames are part of the domain and unfortunately, in our environment, non-domained usernames are not permitted, is there any other solutions ? i was thinking of ignoring the admin ad users on pan-agent and use the sys admins ip addresses in the policies, not a very smart solution, but am still in search of a better solution to this problem. Hi, I am having problems downloading ms updates, as i have configured policies allowing users out going to microsoft, but when responding with updates, microsoft seems to be using som other websites, which seems to get blocked on the way back in, as the original destination (microsoft) has changed to some other site. is there anyway to fix this, i have attached a screenshot of the error. note, the drops are from outside, coming to inside (the response to a users download request from microsoft). Hi Bryan, Thank you for your response. I have now tried this with firefox and works a treat, my only problem is, when i use internet explorer, it opens the exe file in the browser. i have attached a screen shot of what the internet explorer does when i click continue to download putty.exe... Has any testing been done with Internet explorer, or is there some sort of setting in the internet explorer that i need to do for allowing the continue page... our company uses Internet Explorer as a standard browser, hence i dont have a choice but to make it work like it does on firefox... cheers Bhav
