I'm in the same boat however a bit further behind. I have followed the Aruba posted documentation but do not see any correlation in the PaloAlto traffic monitoring screen. Any ideas where I may have gone awry.

it seems that the Aruba sent a wrong information to PA, the firewall takes whatever information sent to it through the API. can you clear the user-id cache and re-connect the client ?
