As we celebrate International Women’s Day in 2025, we reflect on the incredible contributions of women in the field of cybersecurity and the broader tech industry.
Women have been integral to shaping the cybersecurity landscape, often leading innovative projects, inspiring new policies, and driving the technological evolution of the industry. However, the path to leadership has not always been easy. Women in tech, especially in cybersecurity, still face significant barriers in representation, opportunities, and recognition. While we’ve made incredible progress, there’s still much work to do. We are proud to see women on the front lines of cybersecurity, from engineers and analysts to executives and thought leaders. Their insights, expertise, and leadership are essential to addressing the ever-evolving threats in cyberspace.
While we celebrate the progress we’ve made, it’s clear that the path toward greater diversity in cybersecurity is ongoing. We are focused on cultivating an inclusive culture that supports women in cybersecurity at every stage of their careers.
International Women’s Day is not just about celebrating achievements; it’s about committing to action. We invite everyone—regardless of gender—to take part in fostering an environment where women’s voices are heard, respected, and valued. As we look toward the future of cybersecurity, we remain committed to ensuring that women continue to play an essential role in shaping the world we live in. Together, we can build a safer, more secure, and more inclusive digital world.
To all the women who have shaped and continue to shape cybersecurity, we thank you. Your work empowers us all.
