The error message is that Cortex XDR requires Azure Code Signing support. See Microsoft KB5022661 for details. The I navigated to https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/kb5022661-windows-support-for-the-azure-code-signing-progr... for support. I tried to install KB5005624, however once installed, it keep rolling back the KB file, any solution/workaround to resolve this issue? My company's PC is windows 10, version 1909.

@NicChen I don't have a quick solution for you. In our environment, we ended up upgrade the windows 10 to version 21H2 and the issue go away.

Hi @NicChen
Thank you for writing to live community!
Could you try installing latest Security Patches and perform updates on your Windows and then run ACS check to verify if endpoint is compliant with ACS or not.
Updates for the Windows client OS are typically cumulative, therefore installing latest and updating security patches should resolve the acs requirement instead of installing KB5005624.
Hope this helps!
