Getting Cortex Copilot

Hello Team,

I have been researching the Cortex Copilot functionality and would like to clarify a few points regarding availability, licensing, and compatibility.

Currently, we have a Cortex XDR Pro license, and I would like to understand:

• How can we obtain or enable the Cortex Copilot functionality?
• Is there any additional license, subscription, or feature package required?
• Which versions of Cortex XDR support Cortex Copilot?
• I also found information regarding Agentix being available only in Cortex XDR 5.0. Could you please confirm whether this is correct?
• If Agentix or Cortex Copilot require Cortex XDR 5.0, is it possible to upgrade from our current environment? If so, what would be the recommended upgrade path and prerequisites?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share any official documentation or guidance related to deployment, integration, and licensing requirements.

Copilot has been replaced by Agentic agents.  It is available for XDR and XSIAM, but must be enabled in server settings. 

(Settings > Configuration > Server Settings > AI Configuration)

At this time, there is currently no charge for using the agentic agents.
