How to update broker VM IP in the existing XDR agents ?

L2 Linker

Hi All

We have recently changed the region of our XDR tenant and we have migrated all of our Agents. now the issue is most of our agents were configured using cytool/CMD and support team configured the Broker VM IP manually.

As the broker VM IP needs to be changed , i was wondering how to do that now? i didnt find any good documents related with my required task.

Any idea ?

Hi

I think i failed to explain my problem. Didn't put much details. I wanted to update the Broker VM IP address in my XDR agents so that agents can reach to the broker vm. I have found the solution. its needs to be done from Endpoint Control> Set Proxy> Update or add new Broker's IP.

But Thanks for reaching out

Dear @Ariq_Aziz

Hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out to the Live Community. From the query above I understand that you would like to edit the configurations of the Broker VM. This can be achieved from the Settings from your left pane> Configurations > Broker VM> choose the Broker VM you would like to edit configurations> right click on the broker VM and click on configure.

You can change the configurations such as the IP address under network interfaces. Thank you. Also, please check the admin guide I have linked below to understand better on how to edit configurations of a Broker VM. Thank you.
