How to delete a shared Incident Filter View in XSIAM that was created by an inactive user

L1 Bithead

Hi I'm looking to find a way to remove a shared Incident Filter View that was created by someone who has now left. The filter is no longer needed and effectively an unrequired duplicate. The filter view is padlocked and there is no option to unshare or delete. Any suggestions please?

Hello,
To remove a shared Incident Filter View created by a former team member, you may need administrative privileges. Contact your system administrator or the platform support team for assistance. They should be able to unshare or delete the padlocked filter view.

Best Regards,
