Please see the below explanation from the same documentation:

You can also add any Marketplace content packs to update. You have the option to deploy from here with the latest version. If you have a lot of out-of-the-box content, use the demisto-sdk xsoar-config-file --add-all-marketplace-packs command which automatically adds all the installed out-of-the-box content packs to the configuration file.
