Dears,
Kindly need your support to get an answer for the following case:
We are A MSSP environment, we have many clients.
Our deployment is multi-tenant deployment with multiple hosts and each host has only one tenant on it.
Our deployment is using a database and XSOAR App on the same server with no disaster recovery or high availability.
One of our clients asked to deploy XSOAR with High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
Can we deploy their host with HA and DR options without Interrupting the other hosts and the multi-tenant deployment overall?
If yes, kindly mention the steps needed to do so.

Are your main hosts already HA?
You can migrate your one HA client to elasticsearch, and then to a HA group as described here: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/cortex/cortex-xsoar/6-8/cortex-xsoar-admin/high-availability/migra... this won't impact your other clients.
However, this will only provide HA for the app server that this client is actually running on. Since normally UI access goes via the main host(s), this tenant would still be subject to UI outages if the (non HA) main host fails. To provide full HA, you'd need to migrate the main hosts to Elastic as well and introduce a load balancer. This would require downtime (and potentially a URL or DNS change) for your other clients.
