Hi ,

  My license user's limit for XSOAR is 10. Although I have added 10 users only . It's giving me an error saying " New License required to add Additional users" and "User Count Breached".

Thanks for the reply and yes I tried submitting a support case for the same but For Cortex Technology, there was no dropdown to select XSOAR .

Hi,

You can also reach out to your account team regarding your specific license details.
The notification about "New License required to add Additional users" comes up when you reach your user limit but it shouldn't stop you from working or come up as an error. 
Regarding opening a support case for XSOAR this is what needs to be filled in Technology:
