This section of LIVEcommunity offers a wide variety of assets only available to Palo Alto Networks employees. View internal forums, product compliance information and more!

Employees must sign into the Customer Support Portal before logging into LIVEcommunity for the first time.


It is important that your LIVEcommunity account is created using the company’s SSO, which is initiated via CSP. Please follow the instructions below to correctly set up your account.


Follow these steps:

  1. First, sign into CSP https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
  2. Then, revisit or refresh LIVEcommunity https://live.paloaltonetworks.com
  3. Click the "Sign In" button at the top right corner of LIVEcommunity

This will ensure that your Palo Alto Networks account is seamlessly synced with your LIVEcommunity account. By becoming a LIVEcommunity member with your Palo Alto Networks email and account, you will receive all member benefits, plus access to special employee resources.

If you previously signed into LIVEcommunity without going to CSP first, simply follow the three steps below and this should update your account. If you have any issues, email us at community@paloaltonetworks.com.
