Guess i found it in the Client Logs.
Dynamic Updates are cumulative. First 18-501 is applied and then 19-1532.
So everything is fine. 🙂

It seems that installing 19-1532 content version only gives benefits for Traps 4.0.3 from looking at the release notes.
