Even before the tab got greyed out (this happened after upgrading to latest hotfix) I would say update devices or whatever it was and it never would.  downloads running configs fine.  I just have some new devices to work with but I can't add them to my project because they are not there!  How can I get expedition to update my devices now that the tab is greyed out too? I didn't see any of the devices when I clicked on the panorama after re-adding it but then I clicked on the "show all devices" icon in the top right and I see the same 183 devices I had before.  Just not the ones I need.  Most of the dates on them are old and some make no sense i.e. not a valid date and those seem to be the most recent addition but just can't get it to show me the new ones that are connected fine in the panorama with device groups and templates as well.  They are not in production yet so I am wanting to migrate some cisco configs via the api to the pan as we manage 100% via the PAN.  Any ideas are welcome....  frustrating.  Before I upgraded to the latest hotfix 1.2.36 we were at 1.1.95 and the device tab showed when I clicked on the panorama and had the update devices or something button which since I can't click on it now I can remember exactly what that button was but it appeared to update the devices connected.  Just didn't work.  Deleted the panorama and readded to no avail.  it will download running configs in the "content" tab does that just fine but the third tab is inaccessable.  Sorry about the convoluted message but looking for any ideas... thanks in advance.

After reviewing configuration settings throughout Panorama, I decided to delete the 'Connections.parquet' file in the /datastore
Settings > M.Learning > Data Analysis Structures Folder
[Delete Connections.parquet file]

Restarted Jobs & Tasks Manager
Opened Panorama Device and the 'Panorama Devices' tab was no longer grey

Dear @MMC-KerryBrown Are you still having the described issue? Thanks in advance. David
