I trying to migrate Watchguard to Palo Alto and trying to import the rule base from CSV file.
It seem to work well if I have only on value in each field of a policy, e.g. only single zone, single address or service.
Is it possible to have multiple field values, let’s say a security policy with multiple source addresses and multiple services, etc.?

Yes this is possible, you will need to comma separate the objects within a field mapping. Make sure there are no spaces between the commas also.
See the example below.
One point to note is that the referenced objects (address/servcie) must already be created prior to the import.
access-rule;from;LAN;to;LAN;action;allow;source;src-address;group;SRC-Addresses;service;name;HTTPS-Management;destination;dst-address;group;X-ManagementIP,address2,address3;

Hi @P.VnHuy
I saw your post also in below article next to CSV import guide.
Could you elaborate more your issue? Also an example of your CSV file will be helpful, could you send an email to fwmigrate@paloaltonetworks.com with an example of the CSV file you want to import.
Thanks,
David
