Once you back up your fortinet running configuration and save it you will need to create a project within expedition and import that configuration once inside of the project (screenshots below).

Can you share me the installer file for expedition tool...also help me with the step for migration.

Although it shows a Cisco ASA migration it is 99% the same once the configuration is migrated in you will need to do similar steps. I would recommend watching these videos and once you are able to get your expedition server up and running and your fortinet configuration imported I can answer more specific questions you may have.
