PBF Rules can be seen but not opened/edited in Expedition

Hello

I've imported an XML Configuration Version on Expedition but when I tried to open PRF Rules it cannot be done. I just see the rules but I can't access to details or edit the PBFs:

Do you know if this is normal on the Expedition GUI Interface ?

This is expected behavior , you won’t be able to edit the PBF rules
