Rule consolidation in Expedition

Dear,

Using MT3, there was a nice working feature for quickly finding rules with the same sources/destinations etc. see below.

I'm trying to obtain similar querries on the Expedition tool on the Security rulebase (not for objects, services etc), but am failing in it.

- There are some predefined filters: Invalid Services, Duplicate values on "Services....", Duplicate value on "Address, Address groups on vsys1. But they're not the same or as exclusive as above.

-building a filter expression: Source - equal.recursive => would only filter on text "", which is leading to ANY sources.

Does anyone has a solution in Expedition for filtering out rules with fi. the same (destinations + services) defined?

Thanks a lot,

Filip

Thanks for the update.

I know the existance of this field, but ever since I've been hitting the button "ANALYSE", which doesn't do a thing at all.

In fact, you just need to hit the arrow next to it.

Glad that I've found it back 🙂

Thanks a lot,
