I am trying to create user in expedition tool but i am not able to create and getting remote exception error. Kindly help me to sort out

@s.syed558823 Click on "dashboard" tab , please verify your version is the latest version v1.2.93 , also under the "Job and task manager", the status is showing green check mark like below:

Yes, I verified the version. Jobs and task manager are showing good. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

I'm trying set up the authentication API key using the username and password to my panorama device from expedition, but I'm getting the error message "remote exception: invalid credential". I have removed the # special character in the password but the error message persists. Kindly advise. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. Please do below checks:

1. Verify you are running the latest Expedition version

2. Enable on Settings the DEBUG_CONNECTION

3. Test the API_KEY generation for your device

4. Check the details of the connection on /home/userSpace/devices/debug.txt
