Resellers have an option to purchase NFR support subscriptions that allow the extension of TP and URL licensing in 30-day increments.  Is this what you are referring to?  You would need to contact your sales rep.

Hi,

What if you are just new to Palo Alto and you are just trying to get a hands on experience? Would that mean I have to buy a PA? Do you have demo of PAN OS and license demo for individual?

Registering to support also requires contract to company or seller. Please assist. Thanks!

The original question was in regards to an NFR device (this is a device resellers can purchase to put as demo devices with customers for a certain amount of time) the 'rules' for those are a little different 🙂

to simply get a feel without requiring hardware, you can reach out to your local sales team to get a VM trial

A question :0 Will sales team get trial licenses for a student or person who just started learning PA? I mean to anyone who just wants to test the device futures etc.

it wouldn't be free, but probably the easiest approach is to install a PA VM in AWS and just pay for the time it's running.

Shame. I think Palo should introduce let's say something like F5 does. Free trial lab licences with limited throughput etc.

The AWS instance is completely free in trial mode, you only need to pay for AWS cycles (hours running)

I didn't know that :0 Thanks.
