That's not really how App-ids work. If you are trying to allow TCP/1911 and TCP/4911 there isn't an app-id that will just open those ports. You would be looking at an application any service [ tcp-1911 tcp-4911 ] rule after you've built out the service for 1911 and 4911. A cursory glance through the app-id database doesn't show anything for Tridium Niagara.
I would really recommend creating a custom app-id and avoid creating security policies just allowing services on the network, but depending on your enviorment that may not be a large concern.
