I am new to MineMeld. can we use MineMeld to setup an Automation ingestion and blocking of identified malicious IPs?

Just with MineMeld itself, no. You can utilize the API on the firewall and MineMeld however to pull indicators from a report on the firewall and feed them into MineMeld however quite easily if you have experience scripting.
