Bluecoat GlobalProtect

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any news with Bluecoat working with GlobalProtect? There is a Bluecoat proxy before the firewall, and GlobalProtect through this proxy does not work. Without it, it works. Just want to know if anyone has any information at all with configuring Bluecoat with the Palo for GlobalProtect.

is the BlueCoat configured to perform ssl decryption ? it may be interfering in the certificates used by Global Protect and it's clients which could break vpn.

Hi Jack,

Last time I had the issue, the root cause was because of NTLM challenge being done by the BC, and GP wasn't presenting the auth cookie. It wasn't in a production environment, so I couldn't investigate further.

Did you able to sort the issue? Does PA GB vpn client work behind the proxy without any issues?
