Can the GlobalProtect Portal be disabled?

L2 Linker

I would like to disable the GlobalProtect portal. We would like to control the deployment and installation of the GP client with other tools, and not have this outside logon page availabe to the world, but I still want to be able use the GP Client. Can the portal be disabled without affecting the client, if so how is it done? The seaches I have been doing are only leading me to how to redirect the portal download page.

Thanks!

Idavie,

There is no way to disable the GP portal without affecting the GP client.

GP Agents need to contact a Portal to get information about available Gateways.
