The PA DHCP leave actually keeps the hostname of all Leases across the device by default when acting as a DHCP server. So the command show dhcp server lease all will show the following as an example:
I'm pretty sure you can view the same information in the GUI on the device itself through the allocation on the DHCP Server tab under Network. Not a 100% on that though.

@BPry Indeed you can see the same info in the UI under Network > DHCP > Server tab > "View Allocation" link under the IP Pools column:
