This is the official downgrade documentation.

There are major configuration changes from 5 to 6.  If you upgrade was recent, the fallback configuration for 5 is probably still there and this should go smoothly.  I had to rollback some units in the early 6 upgrades and did not have any issues.

Hello,

First I would refer you to the 6.1 release notes, there you want to look for new features and changed behaviors. That should give you a heads up as to what to expect would change. I would also recommed a backup of your config prior to the downgrade.

Just a question, why the downgrade? I am running a 6.1.x release and its been stable.
