How to allowed only specified youtube video URLs and other videos are block

I have follow the below articles but it does not work properly.

Please let me know if there is any other alternative way to allow the specified urls.

Without decrytion policy is that possible to allow only specified urls.

For this task you need to decrypt the traffic. Without decryption the firewall is not able to see the video url

To add to this evening maintaining a custom video permit list isn't an easy task as the links will change and it becomes an administration nightmare. Contently doable, but not something I recommend maintaining unless absolutely necessary.
