Hello,
is their a way to send SNMP Traps to multiple SNMP servers in PANOS 7.0.13?

Configure all your snmp trap receivers under:
Device > Server Profiles > SNMP Traps
Use this in your log forwarding profile
Objects > Log Forwarding
Assign the log forwarding profile to all the objects you want to trap as part of your policies.
