ip id in wireshark to confirm PA is not dropping the traffic

I am troubleshooting sharepoint connection to cloud on port 443

pcap and global counters show no drops

i see no discards in the cli.

 

when user access the website he sees blank page no contents

 

if i confirm the ip id in pcaps of the PA is same from receive and transmit then we are good right?

F12 opens developer tools in IE aswell.

There is Network tab where you can take capture.

In addition to this I would really try another browser and verifying that it's not just that one user having an issue. That would be an easy way to verify it's something client side instead of the firewall configuration.

Happens to every user?

If you press F12 in browser and go to Network tab then you can see every request browser sends out and result of the request.

Do you see difference for users for whom web page works and for those for whom it does not?

seems it is with one server guy only and he need to access the sharepoint in the cloud.

he is using IE not chrome
