Hi,

 

Does anyone else experience trouble connecting to the support portal where we keep track of cases?

 

I just get a Salesforce SSO error.

June 28, 2024 - 11PM EST - Palo Alto support site - SSO ERROR is back.. 

 

We are also getting same error. You try couple of times and it gets through. SSO error attached. The quality control at Palo is so poor they haven't even modified the stock Salesforce language. Very sad state of affairs with such tier1 provider and they claim to be protecting the nations against bad actors. No attention to details of rigor in any component which comes of Palo these days.
