I’m not sure if you are having issues with your setup or haven’t even started yet.

the instructions are here. Post again if you are still having issues.

Dear MickBall ,

thanks for your reply ,

I lready started with this procedure and follow these steps but still i can't find the user IDs in the palo alto firewall and i can't use the user id in access rules unless i  use the IP of the user  ,

and also i think the user -ID application that i downloaded in my server it's not the same that apears in the link that you send and i don't know how to find the updated one .

Regards

The link is for agentless user id on the palo alto.

I was not aware that you are using user id agent for your server.

on the server are you seeing users collated within the logs.
