Does anyone know when Minemeld may be able to run on either Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04? It installs fine on 16.04, but with support for Ubuntu 16.04 ending on April 30, 2021, I would like to install it on one of the later releases will will at least have a couple more years of support and security updates. While it installs on 18.04, and I can get to the web interface login, authentication fails with a Bad Gateway. If anyone has found a way to make it work on at least 18.04, any advice would be appreciated.

This might help. There is a section for Ubuntu 18, but says "experimental". https://github.com/PaloAltoNetworks/minemeld-ansible

Just as a word of caution, I've found the 18.04 install to work reasonably well, but you'll see restarts of the MineMeld services and will likely see an increased number of fetch failures. I wouldn't even try 20.04 install, you can get it up and working but it's extremely prone to crashing.

Thank you for the link. I'll see how that goes.

Thank you. I'll see if I can get the 18.04 install working for now. At least that wil buy a couple of years.
