Hello yall!
I am currently having trouble getting my PA-415-5G working with a new T-Mobile sim. I have the "Bus Int Unl Elig BYOD" plan. I see that the firewall can recognize the sim card, but it gets stuck on the:
Registration State : Searching
Activation State : Deactivated
PS State : Detached
Provider : None
Technology : None
This is also a brand new firewall. I've tried different APNs, installed latest cellular tmobile firmware on fw, i haven't updated or registered the firewall yet awaiting instructions from our VAR if that makes a difference. I gave a call to T-mobile support and they said that my fw/modem was 'locked' and i should contact palo alto to have them unlock it. I would appreciate any pointers! Thank you!
