Panorama SD-WAN Plugin Shows No Data

Model: Panorama VM

Version 11.1.13-h5

Kindly advise, Panorama SD-WAN Plugin shows no data, even though the device traffic logs already forwarded to Panorama

we have verify 

1. Traffic log forward to panorama successfully

2. Panorama receive log from firewall successfully

3.sdwan path-monitor is up and running

4. Plugin is up to date (latest)

please advise are there known issue on the PAN-OS version or other area i missing need to check ?
