So the logs actually correspond with different processes/dameons that run on the firewall itself. Regardless, I've never seen a public list of what each process/dameon actually does, you just kind of get to know them the more you work with the firewall and the more you have to poke your head into the logs. A lot of those are rather self-explanitory when you look at the names, and others will make more sense if you open the log file and see what it contains.
Maybe sometime this week I'll go though and actually build out a list to the best of my knowledge, but as of right now that's a lot of typing. If you have a question about a particular file and what its associated process/dameon does let us know and I'm sure someone will have the answer for you.
