In server monitering showing connection refused (0) so need support for this I checked all three transport protocol but same issue

Have you verified the server firewall is set to accept incoming connections from the firewall?
did you create the service account with all the required permissions? : Dedicated Service Account required Active Directory Security Groups for WinRM Agentless User-ID
