Hi Aung Naing!

Nice to meet you too!

have you colected a packetcapture to verify the session flow is happening normally?

there may be a FIN/RST packet from one side which could trigger an early session breakdown on the firewall

the default time a telnet session should remain open is 3600 seconds, unless a FIN/RST is received

can you also verify the application's timers? (maybe you have a shorter time set)

Thanks for your care sir, but that POS client pc use Winvt telnet program to connect server. I will try it out packet capturing. Can I do from "session timeouts" under "device" configuration.

"Session Timeout" under device tab only for the device itself, so for the session initiated to the device or from, not the passing through traffic sessions

Hi,

What is the session end reason in the traffic logs?
