As of now cpasbien[.]win is categorized as Questionable category and torrent9[.]cfd is categorized as Malware category. Are you blocking these categories in your URL filtering profile? Did you try to block these URLs in custom URL profile?

I would also recommend to check URL filtering logs to narrow down what policy is getting hit.

OK did'nt know it was in questionnable, i added, but still working. i checked in monitor. i saw action block urls but still working.

This is typically caused by not having QUIC disabled in the environment. You can manage this via the endpoint and managed browser settings, or you could create a rule that drops all outbound udp/443 traffic to force the browser to fallback. You also appear to be looking at the URL logs, so ensure that you're also looking at the traffic logs when troubleshooting something like this. This is where the Unified Logs can save you a lot of time troubleshooting.
