Attention:Global TPM team,
Environment:Existing Panorama HPV environment
Current version: 11.2.7-h2
Target version: 12.1.4-h3
We received an inquiry from a customer regarding an upgrade from Panorama 11.2.7-h2 to 12.1.4-h3.
First, we provided the base image Panorama-HPV-12.1.2.vhdx, followed by the base OS Panorama_pc-12.1.2 and the target version Panorama_pc-12.1.4-h3.
However, when attempting to install the software, the customer receives the following error and is unable to proceed with the installation:
"Failed to load software image. Invalid software image."
As we do not have a validation environment available, could you please help confirm the following?
1.Are the files provided above correct for this upgrade?
2.Is the following upgrade sequence correct?
・Panorama-HPV-12.1.2.vhdx
・Panorama_pc-12.1.2
・Panorama_pc-12.1.4-h3
3.What could be the possible cause of the error?
