What's meaning that first two number in Email Report??

Have anyone know?

When I receive Email Report, like above. The file name is 10-20130315Weekly-summary-report  ,

What is meaning about 10 this number??

(Everyday 's report have different number, but I still not known what is mean??)

I believe it a hashed or randomized number to properly and uniquely identify that specific report. Imagine that you ran 2 reports from the same time frame, the file would identify the same information, but they are 2 unique reports.  Need to have a mechanism to identify the differences. Thank you.

Maybe a random number to seperate reports; calculated by time.But the real answer is; what support says.
