I need to know is that reinstall certificates will work or not
We tried multiple troubleshooting steps to resolve it.
Do we have any any suggestions to resolve it?

Can you describe your issue a bit more and what you've done for troubleshooting? The client device that you're attempting to connect from doesn't trust the certificate on the portal/gateway, I'm assuming that the certificate that you have assigned is actually valid and should be trusted by the client device?
