Probably an easy solution, but I haven't been able to figure it out or find any helpful information.
We are currently running Global Protect 6.0.3 and I am trying to test 6.1.0. I have 6.1.0 downloaded in the PA-440 but it is not active yet, as I would like to do some testing first. How am I able to download 6.1.0 to install on a test machine?

Are you trying to push the update out via the Portal? If so you can set a config for just a specific user or group and set the update mode to something other than disallow.
Or if you web-browse to your portal address you can log in and download the agent from there. Both this and the above would require you to activate the application.
Or you could also download the application from the palo support portal
