So far only 4 out of 50+ users have been affected and those were resolved by uninstalling KB5058411 or just waiting for the next day. I am looking to see if there are any known issues related to this update. The error they receive is "could not connect to the GlobalProtect service" even though the address is correct and almost all of the other users could connect. The users having the issue cannot even browse to the firewall to download the GlobalProtect client to try and reinstall (they get "this site can't be reached" in their browser).

Having the same issue, but this is a new deployment with 6.2.7. on a single test machine, same error. The PANGP Virtual Ethernet Adapter Secure is disabled. If I enable and restart the PANGPs service the, it becomes disabled again. I removed KB5058411 but that did not change anything.
