Hi.
We want to restrict users to modify or add portals in Global Protect.
We still want the users to be able to change between existent portals. Is there a way to do this?
*Disabling advanced view does not work for this

Do you absolutely need multiple portals? The easiest solution here would be using multiple gateways and allow manual selection to control whatever you're using distinct portals for if you're solution would support it.
Alternatively you could essentially reset the portals back to what you want if you enforce the registry or plist values. This wouldn't prevent someone from manually creating a new portal and using it temporarily, but it would make it harder and potentially prevent them from wanting to do so.

Yes, we need multiple portals as a backup if the main portal fails.
Its weird that this functionality is missing from the GP. The solution that you proposed is only partly solves the problem, as it still lets the end users to change the portal settings.
Thanks anyway
