I work at Cal State Fullerton, and they use GlobalProtect to let us connect to the VPN when off campus.
Since upgrading to macOS Sequoia 15.0, I can no longer connect to the VPN. GlobalProtect refuses to connect, saying "Connection failed. Could not connect to the GlobalProtect service. Make sure the GlobalProtect service is running. If the issue persists, contact your administrator."
Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this, so I can once again connect to our VPN? I'm running GlobalProtect App Version 6.2.3-270.
Any help would be most appreciated!

Hi @geoffrey4444 ,
You could open a TAC case. Unfortunately, at this time there is not a GlobalProtect release that has been certified for Sequoia.
Thanks,
Tom

Don't understand how a large org doesn't manage to download and test the betas available all summer and prepare for its release months in advance..
If they wanted to they would have. Something I'll keep in mind forever when weighing palo products.
