Hi Support team,
We have purchased PA-3220 device for our project but unable to register online after entering serial no#, customer no# or customer PO number.
For your information, while registering account "it is showing that "unable to create user account" contact support team.
The following areas we need technical support,
1. Activation through website is not working. We need to activate the firewall.
Procedure for two things:
A. Passing through an internet connection from outside to inside the network.
B. Enable the firewall itself to connect to the internet to fetch updates
