I have checked the purchase documentation, which states that the license validity period is from December 24, 2025, to December 23, 2026.
However, the firewall displays a Date Issued of July 2, 2026, and an Expiration Date of June 17, 2029.
Please note that no license renewal has been performed to date, and the next license renewal is scheduled for December 24, 2026.
Could someone help to investigate why the license validity dates displayed on the Palo Alto PA-1410 differ from those specified in the purchase documentation and advise whether any further action is required?

But if you don't know where this renewal comes from, I'd reach out to TAC via Customer Support Portal or your distributor. They will be able to find what may have happened to your licenses.
