Hello Community,
We are experiencing an issue with exporting Stats Dump file required for SLR report on PA-410 firewall.
The option to export Stats Dump file is not available in web GUI, and the corresponding CLI command returns an "Invalid syntax" error.
Environment:
Firewall Model: PA-410
PAN-OS Version: 11.2.13-h2
Could anyone please clarify the following?
- Are there any limitations or known issues with exporting Stats Dump file on PA-410?
- Is this feature supported on PA-410 model?
- Has anyone encountered a similar issue on a PA-410 running PAN-OS 11.2.13-h2?
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello @P.Aung950095
PA-410 does not support local on device logging: PA-410 missing ACC tab and dataplane logs. Since Stats Dump relies on logs to generate the file, it can't generate the file without data therefore I believe what you are experiencing is expected. I could not find anything official that explicitly states that Stats Dump is not possible though. The only option I can think of is to generate Stats Dump from Panorama: Generate a Stats Dump File for a Managed Firewall. This is possibly only if your PA-410 is Panorama managed and logs are stored in Panorama.
Kind Regards
Pavel
