Hi All,

Currently, we have Palo Alto global protect VPN client ver 5.x. Can we upgrade to VPN client 6.2 directly from version 5.x?

Also, does VPN client 6.2 supports PAN-OS 9.1.16? (This is the machine we are running GlobalProtect Portal and GlobalProtect Gateway)

Hello Kevin

Yes you can upgrade directly (keep in mind that it is an endpoint); you only have to plan how to upgrade your whole users.

Global Protect 6.2 can run in all the supported PANOS version, for more information you can see the GP 6.2 releases notes page 14.

Bless you
