Undecided application

In our environment, some webpages are not accessible. (This site can’t be reached) When I monitor the session browser, there is "undecided" in the Application column. I have attached the screenshot.

Please help me to solve this issue.

If you go and look up same session from traffic log after it ended.

What is count of "packets sent" and "packets received"?

only to expand on the answer provided by Raido, here is the official KB: Why do Sessions Show Application "Undecided" When in ACTIVE State but have an App When Moved to DISC.... Since you mentioned in your post that a site is not responding it makes sense that the application is undecided in the active session. If there is no response from the website the  Firewall does not have enough traffic to determine the app-id. Once the session is terminated you can find further details in the log. If traffic logs reveal Bytes Received are 0, then the site might have blocked your egress IP address because of poor reputation, IP whitelisting, GEO restrictions or excessive API access/rate limit on site.
