hello expert, 

Already set up the Remote Connection, private apps and Connector set up, however, it RDP and Private apps did not show in Mobile PB agent,

did you already create the private apps?

if not, go to prisma browser > directory > applications > private applications and create them

next, create a rule in policy > rules > access and data controls and in the applications tab, enable remote connections and then configure the private apps in 'admin defined remote connections'

save and publish, that should do the trick
